Complete Flour Roller Mill AVM-50 is designed for quality grinding of wheat into flour of highest, first and second grades. The design of this mill makes it possible to select semolina at the rate of 3-5% with an adequite reduction of total flour output. The mill has flexible modular structure and it can be delivered in various complete sets.
The principle of mill work is concluded in serial cleaning, dual wetting of grain, grinding, sieving, sorting out of final products into flour of highest, first and second grades, semolina and bran.

The mill includes: a set of equipment for grain preparation, its grinding, flour sifting, dosing of final products, all necessary electrical and subsidiary equipment. Transportation of grain is performed by mechanical and pneumatic transport, transportation of flour and bran - by pneumatic transport. 

Intake department consists of twelve silo with total grain storage volume of 110m3 . From each silo the grain by mean of a dosage auger follow into conveyor which transport the grain to pretreatment department. Thus there is an easy possibility to make of any desired grain mixture. The different grain can be placed in different silo and metered in any proportions with 5 % accuracy. 

Grain pretreatment department consists of separator, destoner, wild-oat remover, horizontal scourer, pneumatic separator, intensive humidifier section and vertical screw conveyors. 
At first the grain follows into separator, then into destoner. After destoner - to the wild-oat remover and further to scourer and pneumatic separator. After aspirating process the cleaned grain arrives for the intensive humidifying. The grain migration occurs through conveyors. After procedure of water adding the grain by means of pneumatic transport follows to humidifying section for resting. 

Humidifying section consists of the vertical conveyor, six concentrically desposed silo equipped with revolver system of grain loading with total grain storage volume of 55?3, dosage devices system and lower ring conveyor. The grain permanently moves by the vertical auger into silo group. The system of volumetric feeders and ring type chain conveyor are used for grain discharging. The time of grain resting in each silo is automatically controlled by central computer. Maximum time of resting is 20 hours. After resting the grain is moved for additional humidifying 

Additional humidifying assemblage is designed as a set of equipment for processing of the grain's surface after first wetting and consists of scourer, pneumatic separator, intensive humidifier and small bin with volume of 1,2?3. 
Grain comes through following technological processes:
- surface cleaning on abrasive peeler machine (scourer)
- cleaning in aspiration chanal of air separator
- wetting in the intensive humifidier
- additional wetting in small bin
The grain follow by mean of vertical auger from scourer to aspirator and then through intensive humidifier into small bin for additional resting during 15 minutes. After that the grain follow to milling &sifting department. 

Milling &sifting department consists of the:
· Five Roller mill machine type ?1-BZ-2N with each roll length of 1000?? 
(1 piece) and 600mm (4 pieces): - total Roller length - 6800mm,
· Two double-box sifter machine: - total sifting square - 72m2, 
· Semolinacleaner machine (purifier)
· Gravity transport and air ducts.
The grain and intermediate products are processed by four break system and five milling and one polishing systems, then arrive to sifter machines. 
The pure semolina after purifier can be transported for bagging if necessary. The milling products are moving through screen material by crossing top-down from a frame to a frame and are gradually sifted on a flour of highest, first and second grades, and also on intermediate fractions. Through sifter's transport boxes a flour and bran moves to the bins of Flour weighing &bagging department and the intermediate fractions come back to milling again. The bran goes to the Bran collecting assemblage. 

Flour weighing &bagging department consists of four bins, bags sewing machines dosage and weighing devices and transport conveyors for bags takeoff from working zone.
On a modular double storied frame the storage bins for flour of three grades and semolina are installed. Each storage bin is equipped with an auger which two by two is connected to two weight and dosing system. 
The first dosage system alternatevaly dose a flour of the first and second grades, and second dosage system - the flour of a highest grade and semolina. 

Bran collecting assemblage consists of storage bin, bagger-weigher bin and pneumatic transport and is intended for collecting and metering of brain into sacks. Bran storage bin is installed on supported frame, which ended with an auger. The sack is hang on the auger mouth. Constructively included to the Flour weighing &bagging department 

Aspirating and ventilating systems consists of ventilators, cyclones, air ducts, hose filter. 
Hose filter has a conic body with inlet nozzle. Three nozzles with blind fabric sleeves at the end are placed at the upper bottom of the hose-filter. An air is entered into hose-filter, partially cleared from the flour dust and then go out to workshop through sleeve's material. The flour dust which is accumulated at the filter is transported afterwards to the milling &sifting department 

THE PC CONTROL of milling process can be done both from central console and from separate consoles of each department. 
Diagnostic's tools of department's machinery proper functionality are placed at the central console and from there it is a possibility of start-up or stopping of any of department.Three main functions are provided by the PC mill control as follows: mill's operating, accounting of finished product and registration of mill working parameters. The separate console of each department realizes machinery control by manual mode upon central console permission.
